Kalpesh K. Avasia is a seasoned banking leader with a career in the Indian financial services industry spanning four decades. He is a Commerce graduate from Goenka College of Commerce & Business Administration, Kolkata, and is an Associate member of the Indian Institute of Bankers (now IIBF). Mr Avasia joined State Bank of Saurashtra (SBS) as a Probationary Officer in May 1988, and over time progressed through a variety of roles covering retail banking operations, information technology, international loan syndication, rupee treasury, corporate credit, and overseas assignments (including postings in Oman and the UK). He was a key member of the team which planned and executed the merger of all 7 associate banks of SBI with the parent bank, as also the merger of Bhartiya Mahila Bank and SBICI Bank with SBI. He was also tasked with setting up the retail banking subsidiary of SBI in the UK, in which he served as Executive Director & COO from May 2018 to December 2020. Subsequently he was posted as Special Secretary to Chairman of State Bank of India, a position he occupied from December 2020 to July 2022. In July 2022, he assumed charge as Chief General Manager of SBI’s New Delhi Circle, overseeing the bank’s largest (in terms of business levels) Local Head Office with more than 1600 branches/offices and an employee strength of 15000 plus. After an immensely satisfying career in banking, Mr Avasia retired from the services of SBI, on superannuation, in October 2024.

Manuraj is an engineer from IIT Kgp and an MBA from INSEAD, France. In his early days he worked for Schlumberger as an oilfield engineer in the US, Middle East and India. Later he joined a start-up, Intellecap in Mumbai and worked on strategy, research and capital structuring for MFIs in India. Post his MBA from INSEAD he founded Vinculum Capital Partners which is a Strategy and Capital advisory boutique specializing in small and medium enterprises ( from 50 crs to 300 crs in turnover).

Randeep is a B.tech Civil Engineering graduate from Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore. During his academic years to gain more practical knowledge and a better hands-on approach, he undertook few internships beginning with a technical internship in MP Government and a Marketing internship in Spectrum Medical Industries. Pursuing his inclination and passion towards Management, Sales and Marketing he was a core committee member of VIT’s famous Tech fest ‘Gravitas’ and the Cultural fest ‘Riviera’. To sum it up, he has an overall work experience that amounts to over 5 years, out of which 2 years of experience he gained by working as a Relationship Manager at Aeronube Technology. He is currently working at The Money Club as the Club Management Head since 2018.

Shantanu Kapoor, currently serving as the Head of Onboarding at Money Club, holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from Delhi University. He has also completed various data-driven courses, demonstrating his commitment to enhancing his skills in harnessing the power of data. Shantanu is a dedicated manager with a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth and operational excellence. In his current role, he leads a team of operations professionals and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to unearth valuable data-driven insights. He is enthusiastic about using data to initiate positive change and enhance operational efficiency within the dynamic and fast-paced startup environment. With his academic foundation, expertise, and continuous learning, he is well-equipped to make informed decisions and drive results.

Manish Kedia is an Accountant, Graduate passed from MGSU University ,Bikaner, Rajasthan, He joined CA firm in 2017, He has 5 years work experience in Accounts, Returns, Tax filing. Later joined Moneyclub Paletform as an Accountant in 2021, he supervises all vendor payments, salary payments, transaction confirmations and vault redeem at MoneyClub. He is hardworking, highly motivated and has a charming and friendly personality.

With enthusiasm and unwavering dedication, Ashish strives to make a meaningful impact in my field and beyond. He is eager to embrace the opportunities that the future holds, and he welcomes new challenges with open arms. Currently working as a QC Lead, his primary responsibility is to ensure that the operations team maintains a high standard of professional communication with our valued users, whether it be through telephone conversations or written correspondence.

She is an HR professional with hands on experience in setting up end to end HR processes during her previous Organizations from both manufacturing and service industries. She ensures to align herself with Organization's objectives and play significant role in it's success story.

Vikrant is a bachelor of science and a truly creative person. He is the first point of contact with the customers. Handling customers’ queries and helping them become a part of the Money Club is his core role but one can also find him working on various other roles like that of a product manager. He is diligent, highly motivated and has an engaging and friendly personality.

Kishalay is a tech innovator with a decade-plus development experience in a wide variety of technologies including GPU graphics, HPC applications and more recently, cloud-based fullstack architectures in ecommerce, fintech etc. Kishalay is currently interested in hybrid-tech-stack devops architectures that support programming-language-agnostic innovations. Kishalay’s educational journey includes stops at IIT Kharagpur, Univ. Manitoba and UMBC.

Siddhant is a B.A., LL.B. graduate from Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat. During his time at law school, he did 10 law and marketing internships with senior Supreme Court lawyers, top law firms and companies, physically attended 4-credit summer courses in business and international laws at Columbia University and University of Oxford, and aced electives such as ‘Chinese business & Economics’ and ‘Principles of Global Business Management & Entrepreneurship’ taught by alumni of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He joined The Money Club right out of college to kickstart his entrepreneurial journey.

Diksha Singh is an accomplished professional with a strong educational foundation and over 4 years of experience in business development. She holds an MBA in Marketing from ICFAI University and a BBA in Finance from Galgotias University. With prior roles as a Business Development Manager at Konnect Infoline and Assistant Manager at Hub4Tech, Diksha has a proven track record of identifying sales leads, pitching services, and maintaining valuable client relationships. Her experience extends to her current position as a Business Development Manager at The Money Club, India. Diksha excels in sales, strategic planning, and team leadership, with a deep understanding of both B2B and B2C domains. Her skills and expertise make her an invaluable asset to any organization.

Ramesh is an alumni of IIM (Indore) and a B.E CSE from IEI (Kolkata) with a total experience of 13+ years. He is a Certified Project Manager from PMI.Org (PMP), Google, Mangtas & Star Alliance Scrum Master. Ramesh joined the Indian Navy after completion of his college and had managed various IT projects. He has expertise in Agile methodologies and in managing cross functional teams. He believes in leading by front, teamwork, flexibility, effective communication & committed to deliver results and is proactive in accepting project challenges.
