To ensure the smooth functioning of our platform and introduce new features, we occasionally conduct scheduled maintenance activities. In this blog post, we will share important information regarding an upcoming maintenance schedule.

Maintenance Schedule:

  • From 12 AM on 28th October 2023 to 12 AM on 29th October 2023

During this period, our services will remain unavailable. We understand that this may cause inconvenience to your activities, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause.

Penalty will Not Change:

If your transaction is pending in any Money Club during the scheduled maintenance, no penalty will be added to it from 12 AM on 28th October 2023 to 3 PM on 29th October 2023.

WATT will Change:

If your transaction is pending in any Money Club during the scheduled maintenance, you will be able to complete this transaction only after the completion of the scheduled maintenance. This means your WATT will increase which may eventually increase your commission. To avoid this, we request you to complete all your pending transactions before the scheduled downtime.

Our dedicated team will keep sending regular reminders to all the money clubbers to inform them about their pending transactions through various channels like SMS, Email, IVR Call and Whatsapp message.

Bids will be Postponed:

Clubs scheduled to have bidding on 28th October 2023 will have their bids postponed to 29th October 2023.

Landing Pages will Not be Available:

Money Club landing pages for web registration will not be available during the downtime. This means that new customer registration will not happen during the scheduled maintenance.
